Rolwalling Trekking

General Information

Rolwaling is a challenging and rewarding trekking destination in the east-west valley below Gaurishankar (7145m) just south of Tibetan border. The trek offers an enchanting panoramic view of Pharchamo peak (6147m) and Ramdung (6187m). The region consists of Tamang settlements combined with majestic mountain ranges and several kinds of vegetation. It has a unique environment and is exceptionally rich in bio-diversity which makes this region one of the finest tourist destinations in Nepal. You get to explore the Tso Rolpa Ice Lake, breathtaking scenery of terrace farmlands and snowcapped mountains.
